These divisions are for players who wish for a more social team setting with less concentration on fitness.
Many of our junior players start their senior playing career in these levels, where they are guided by older more experienced players, who act as mentors.
Pennant C is a social & semi-competitive level with a focus on skill development and match play. A certain fitness level is expected though fitness is not part of the training program. Players in this level may have the opportunity to train with the Premier League Reserves squad on occasion, to improve their skills and vie for selection in that team.
Metro A is a social level that focuses on skill & match development. Players at this level play for the social interaction, increased activity & fitness and to develop their hockey skills.
