Our Premier League & Premier League Reserve pre-season training program will start on Saturday 1st February 2020.
Pre-season training days and times are:
- Saturdays: 8:15am to 10:00am
- Tuesdays: 6:45pm to 8:30pm
- Thursdays: 7:45 to 9:30pm
Please note that pre-season times include warm up time.
During the season, the Premier League & Premier League Reserve teams train on (including warm up time):
- Tuesdays: 6:45pm to 8:30pm
- Thursdays: 7:45pm to 9:30pm
Players need to be ready to take the field at these times.
Often there will be a fitness/running component to training.
The Pennant C & Metro A teams train fortnightly on Mondays, from 7.15 - 8.15pm. Exact dates will be advertised at the start of the season. There may also be opportunity for players wanting to improve their skills and push for selection in the Premer League Reserves to train occasionally on a Thursday with the top squad.
