The Premier League & Premier league Reserve teams train during the season on:
- Tuesdays: 7:00-8:30pm
- Thursdays: 8:15-9:30pm
Players need to be ready to take the field at these times.
Often there will be a fitness/running component to training.
Pre-season training may have slightly different time slots.
The Pennant C & Metro A teams train fortnightly on Mondays, from 7-8pm. Exact dates will be advertised at the start of the season. There may also be opportunity for players wanting to improve their skills and push for selection in the Premer League Reserves to train occasionally on a Tuesday with the top squad.
